Pycter does not store full-resolution photos in the cloud. Instead, devices exchange them directly, peer-to-peer.
Therefore, a few things are worth trying:
Syncing pauses on your device until space is freed. Other members of the album are not affected and keep syncing normally.
Logging in on your new device will re-join all albums.
You should unlink your old device from your account, in Settings → Linked devices.
If you enabled end-to-end encryption, you will need your password to decrypt your content. We cannot reset your password on your behalf.
In any case, you can ask other members to re-invite you to an album.
